We rent a two-room renovated apartment in a quiet location of Kalvária (Calvary), Nitra, approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre. The area of the apartment is 57 m2. It is located on the 1st floor, without elevator. The kitchen is oriented to the north and the living- and bedrooms are oriented to the east. The fully furnished and equipped kitchen features a spacious corner cupboard set, a fridge with a separate freezer, and a dining table with a corner bench. From the hallway you walk to the bedroom, which is also completely furnished with a large wardrobe, a double bed with new mattresses and bedside tables. The living room, with a small balcony, includes a fold-out sofa, chest of drawers, a library and a TV set.

Self-heating and hot water are provided by a boiler in the spacious and naturally ventilated bathroom. The toilet is a part of the bathroom, so is the washing machine.
The utilities also include internet and cable TV.

The parking is possible right in front of the apartment house.
